Complete Project Lifecycle Methodology

Force 3's Complete Project Lifecycle Methodology framework ensures that proper attention is given to the key elements where project risk occurs, thus, minimizing these risks to deliver a successful project.  

While many service delivery approaches focus solely on building the solution, Force 3 places equal, if not more, emphasis on the Planning, Design, Testing, and Operating phases of the Project Lifecycle.   

1. Organizing & Planning - We review your business objectives and establish detailed requirements.   We establish the project team and develop the Project Charter which defines: project objectives, project team organization, roles and responsibilities, deliverables and milestones, escalation, assumptions, exclusions, testing/acceptance criteria, risk and risk management process, change management process, communication and reporting requirements, and a high level project plan/work breakdown.

2. Design - From the business objectives and detailed requirements gathered in the planning phases, Force 3 works with your business and technical teams to develop the solution design. The solution design includes diagrams of the logical and physical elements.    Upon the project team's approval of the design, detailed work and operational plans are then created.

3. Build - Equipment and materials are ordered and resources scheduled.   Staging, configuration, and burn-in occur in Force 3's "state-of-the-art" integration facility.   This important step allows Force 3 to identity any elements that are likely to fail and to quickly replace them, thus, eliminating a potential are to time and cost overruns. Pilot systems and production builds at your facilities also occur within this phase.

4. Test & Train - This is an important phase where we test the systems in accordance with the testing and acceptance plans developed in the Design Phase.   We use a combination of unit testing combined with system testing using functional test scripts to ensure that you are getting the functionality and the required benefits of the solution.   We thoroughly train your end- users, your call attendants and your administrators so that they can get the full benefit of the solution.   Production cutover also occurs in this phase.

5. Operate - Force 3 provides you with post implementation support to include system tuning, internal help desk support, and any additional required training. We work with your team to smoothly transition the project to your operations team.
