Executive Leadership Team
Chief Executive OfficerMike Greaney is Force 3's Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Force 3 established itself as the Network Security Company, including a portfolio of solutions and services designed to support that vision and to support the missions of federal agencies throughout the U.S. Federal Government. The company has received numerous performance awards from both manufacturers and customers.
Having spent his entire career in the technology industry, Mr. Greaney has built a reputation for efficiently growing and transforming businesses while increasing company value. This includes the 2016 acquisition of Force 3 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sirius. The acquisition was spearheaded by Mr. Greaney to ensure and promote Force 3’s continued growth.
Mr. Greaney received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and his master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. In addition to various manufacturer advisory boards, he participates in several industry associations including the American Management Association and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. He is also involved in several charitable causes, including as a board member of the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
ControllerAs Controller at Force 3, Pat Farr is responsible for the company’s accounting and finance operations and the contract and legal teams. Pat has led the efforts to mature Force 3’s internal financial and budgeting processes. He also was integral in preparing Force 3 for its acquisition by Sirius Computer Solutions in 2016.
Before joining Force 3, Pat worked as an associate director for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and held leadership roles in accounting, finance, procurement, and compliance. Pat is licensed CPA and has previous experience leading audits with a Big Four firm.
Pat graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola College in Maryland. He is the Treasurer of the Force 3 Foundation and is active in several local community recreational and charitable organizations.
Vice President of SalesAs Vice President of Sales, Marty Calambro leads Force 3’s sales team in their efforts to support federal clients across all verticals, including defense, intelligence, and civilian. Marty, who first joined Force 3 in 2010 as Sales Director, has more than 30 years of experience in sales and sales management in the technology industry.
Before joining Force 3, Marty held other senior sales management roles, where he developed strategic relationships with defense agencies and other government-related purchasing groups. He previously ran Arrow’s OEM Systems Sales in the Northeast region. He also spent 10 years as Southeast Area Director for Memec/Insight, where he was responsible for increasing sales from $60 million to more than $110 million. As the managing director of strategic accounts, Marty wrote a business plan and developed a program to address key national and global accounts for the Memec Companies. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Baltimore.
Vice President of Client SolutionsAs Force 3’s Vice President of Client Solutions, Jason Parry is charged with creating and aligning Force 3’s Client Solutions vision with the marketplace, addressing customer needs with innovative technologies and services that change the way our customers achieve their mission. Jason, who joined Force 3 in 2011, is responsible for Force 3’s Services and Engineering organizations, Bids and Proposals, and the Project and Program Management offices. Prior to his current role, he led the Force 3 Collaboration Practice and Service Operations, where he launched the Force 3 Collaboration offerings and created the SupportPlus service offering.
Jason has over 20 years of IT experience, with over 15 years serving in a leadership capacity. In previous roles, he worked for SafeNet as the leader of their global network and telecommunications teams and served as the Engineering Manager for ACC Telecom.
Vice President, Defense and IntelligenceJosh Weiner is Vice President of Defense and Intelligence Sales at Force 3. He first joined the company in 2000, working as a senior account manager, followed by roles as Director and Managing Director of Special Programs. He now leads the Force 3 sales teams responsible for supporting our Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients.
Josh came to Force 3 from Telecom Design Group in Arlington, Virginia. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Roger Williams University and an MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business.
Vice President, Sales EngineeringGreg Kushto is Force 3’s Vice President of Sales Engineering. In this role, Greg is responsible for the direction and focus for Force 3’s technology areas including Security, Collaboration, and Infrastructure Solutions. He also directs the presales engineering team of technology experts, along with their team of account specific sales engineers. Greg is tasked with creating comprehensive security solutions for Force 3's client base in both the public and private sectors and for ensuring that customers properly align their security profile to meet the needs of an increasingly complex security environment. Greg is also responsible for architecting security solutions that combine multiple products and approaches. These solutions include network security, vulnerability management, anti-malware, intrusion detection and prevention, security event management. and all other security disciplines.
Prior to joining Force 3 in 2014, Greg was the security architect for the Agriculture Security Operations Center at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Greg has also served as the Lead Security Architect at SafeNet, Inc. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Security Architecture and Assessment for Citigroup.
Vice President, Strategic Sales and CaptureSimone Feldman is the Vice President of Strategic Sales and Capture at Force 3. Prior to that she served as Director of Inside Sales, making a quick and positive impact with her efforts to unify the inside sales team, provide contracting knowledge, and building a small business program. She also played an integral role in the transition when Force 3 was acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions in 2016. Simone is passionate about developing and mentoring people, and proactively seeks opportunities to provide mentorship to women who show ambition and dedication.
With a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder, Simone speaks French, Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Japanese. She began her career in the industry in 2003 at a small, woman-owned company. In 2005, Simone joined Mercom as the company’s fourth employee. During her 11-year tenure there, she helped to grow a $1.8 million business to $165 million in annual revenue with 72 employees. Prior to that Simone worked in business development for Primestock, another federal VAR.
Senior Leadership Team
Director, Contracts and LegalChris Olds is Director of Contracts and Legal at Force 3. Chris has been practicing law since 2002 and government procurement law for more than 10 years, representing Fortune 500 companies, small business contractors, and large contractors. Before joining Force 3, he served as General Counsel for Mercom Corporation, in Pawley’s Island, South Carolina.
Prior to Force 3 and Mercom, Chris practiced law in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Womble Carlyle and Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, both national top 100 law firms. Chris is a member of the North Carolina Bar, South Carolina Bar, and the Court of Federal Claims. Before starting his legal career, he was an environmental engineer with the U.S. Army Chemical and Biological Defense Command and the NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
Mr. Olds received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech and his law degree from the University of South Carolina. A resident of Pawley’s Island, South Carolina, Mr. Olds is active in the Georgetown County Bar Association and serves on the Georgetown County Board of Zoning Appeals.
Sr. Director, Software PracticeCharles Fullwood is Senior Director of Force 3’s Software Solutions practice. In this role, Charles is responsible for creating and implementing the go-to-market strategy and direction for the company’s solution offerings.
Charles leads a team of software engineers who provide innovative IT solutions to federal customers in the defense, intelligence, and civilian spaces. Before joining Force 3 in 2016, Charles spent 15 years at IBM. Most recently, he was the director of technical sales for the Mid- Atlantic Region, where he led a 200+ person organization of software architects and specialists. He held several leadership positions at IBM, and he has also held positions as chief architect and solution architect for several Fortune 500 firms.
Sr. Director of Sales OperationsTammy Little is Senior Director of Sales Operations at Force 3. She first joined the company in 2002, working in the finance department as the accounts receivable manager. Six years ago, she made the move to sales and now manages the supply chain, including procurement, customer service, and warehouse operations. She has more than 20 years of finance experience with over six years in supply chain management.
Tammy began her career as an intern at Aerotek during her senior year of high school, working her way up to senior management. She received her associate’s degree in general studies from Anne Arundel Community College.
Director, Civilian and CommercialEric Wohl is Force 3’s Director of Civilian and Commercial Sales. Eric has vast experience in growing collaborative, successful sales teams, and leads the Force 3 team responsible for supporting all non-defense or intelligence related agencies.
Before joining Force 3 in 2015, Eric spent 15 years at Avnet, Inc., as a District Manager covering the southeastern U.S. territory. He has also held management positions at Arrow, Inc., and Pioneer Technologies. Eric has had great success in grooming sales account managers and exceeding sales quotas at each of the companies he’s worked for.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Maryland.
Director, Services DeliveryRonnie Vliet is Force 3’s Senior Director of Service Delivery. In this role, he is responsible for the overall success of supporting and deploying Force 3’s Consulting Services, PMO, Residency Services, and SupportPlus service offerings. Ronnie joined Force 3 in 2013 and has over 17 years of IT experience, much of which was in Service Delivery. Prior to joining Force 3, he was a key member of the Senior Leadership team with a managed services organization supporting healthcare, financial, and government customers.
Director, Administration and Facility Security OfficerKara Etzold is Force 3’s Director of Administration, overseeing Human Resources, Recruiting, and Facilities. She also serves as Force 3’s Facility Security Officer and is responsible for the company’s industrial security activities.
Prior to joining Force 3 in 2015, Kara worked in human resources for various industries including healthcare, banking, and consumer products. She received her bachelor’s degree from Towson University, where she also earned her master’s in human resource development. Kara serves on the Force 3 Foundation and is active in many of the company’s charitable activities.
Director, MarketingAs Director of Marketing for Force 3, Tasha Klares manages the company's brand strategy, overseeing a team of marketers and guiding strategic communications, content marketing, and events. In 2015, Tasha was recognized as one of CRN's Women of the Channel for her leadership in launching an entirely new brand for Force 3, establishing its position as The Network Security Company and facilitating organizational change in order to meet the continuously evolving needs of its customers. Today, Tasha leads Force 3's dynamic team of creative marketers, expertly navigating the nuances of both the channel and the federal space to deliver value to partners and customers alike.
In addition to her work at Force 3, Tasha participates in Government Marketing University’s mentorship program and is a speaker at technology industry events, including Channel Partners. She also participates in a variety of charitable endeavors, including leading Force 3’s largest annual charity event in support of the Children’s Cancer Foundation. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
