Rocky D. Cintron
President and CEO

For more than 20 years, Rocky D. Cintron has been a proven leader in the office automation and Information Technology industries. Rocky formed Force 3, Inc. in August 1991 and within five years, the company was established as one of the top ten 8(a), certified minority-owned businesses, graduating in 2003 as the largest 8(a) company in the nation.  Under Rocky’s leadership, Force 3 has been ranked in the Washington Technology Fast 50 for the past five years, twice named to the Inc. 500 fastest growing private companies and named one of the Top 100 Federal prime contractors in the country.

Prior to launching Force 3, Rocky was founder and owner of Cintronix, Inc. a systems integrator serving the Federal government.  In six years he grew Cintronix to $20 million in revenue and 40 employees.  He sold his portion of the company in 1991 and went on to form Force 3.

Rocky has received numerous honors and awards.  He was named one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the country by Success magazine, included as one of the Top Hispanic “Supercompany” entrepreneurs and a member of “Who’s Who Among Outstanding Business Executives.” Rocky is a member of The CEO Project, and serves on industry VAR councils for Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems.  He currently participates in The Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Mentor/Protégé program as a mentor for several small businesses.

Rocky holds a B.S. in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland. He is married with three children.
