Five reasons the Force 3 team is the right fit for ITES-3H:
Proven history with the Department of Defense
Force 3 has been providing support to the Department of Defense since 1991, to nearly 150 locations around the world. This puts us in a unique position to understand your issues and goals, including developing innovative solutions that address the Common Operating Environment (COE) directive. We’re talking combat zones, federal disaster zones, military bases, hospitals, dental clinics…you name it, we’ve been there enabling the military’s mission through thick and thin.
The right partners and teams
Not only do we supply products and services directly to the military, we partner with some of the best technology companies in the business. Together, we bring a comprehensive array of netcentric products and innovative solutions that keep our military at the forefront of technology. Our partners include large system integrators (Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, SAIC) and smaller niche firms who provide innovative solutions to support the warfighter and enhance mission capabilities.
Innovation for the Army
Force 3′s mission states it pretty clearly: our company culture creates a relentless focus on achieving a customer’s end goal through innovative, unique solutions and highly-trained, passionate people. This philosophy is anchored by our Customer Innovation Center and Integration Lab, state-of-the-art facilities our engineers use to create innovative solutions that meet mission requirements and support the COE.
Proven program management structure and task order management methodology
Force 3′s Program Management Office (PMO) includes certified Program Managers that are dedicated to the management and support of our IDIQ contracts. Whether the requirement is for a Cisco VoIP in Afghanistan or a Sharepoint Enterprise Subject Matter Expert at Fort Bragg, we have a standardized task order response process that allows us to quickly and efficiently respond to mission critical requirements. Once engaged, our PMO employs PMI based project planning and implementation methodologies to facility a successful deployment. And, rest assured, throughout the deployment process, we utilize web-based tools to track, manage and communicate with our customers while providing a transparent view of project status and progress.
Force 3 employees aren’t the type of people who simply punch a clock. Instead, our employees strive to promote positive change and a better quality of life for the military community that has inspired us for nearly 20 years. The Force 3 Foundation was established to provide charitable contributions to non-profits who engage in worthy and meaningful activities that improve the quality of life for our community. Within the military community, some of the Foundation’s efforts include activities and sponsorships for the Wounded Warriors Project, Toys for Tots and the Brig. Gen. Donald Wagner Scholarship Fund.
