What’s so special about Force 3’s culture? It’s simple… it’s a drive to be exceptional… after all, our tagline IS “Let’s do Something Great.”
Yes, we work hard, but when the work is done, it’s time to play. Maybe it’s a summer BBQ, a field day, our team videos, or something as simple as a happy hour with your team.
A huge aspect of WHO we are is our constant commitment to the surrounding community, and we take the time to give back. Among our many activities, we organize events and fundraisers for the Wounded Warrior Project, blood drives, and Race for the Cure teams. And for those amazing kids out there, we have a have a scholarship program that annually recognizes high school seniors pursuing a career in technology, and several of our employees serve as a mentor to local elementary school students…never mind our relationship with the Children’s Cancer Foundation, for whom we’ve raised nearly $250,000 over the past five years.
